Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (update)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as a graphic designer before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
