Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (update)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I have been trying to stay organised about it. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
