Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (update)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
