Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (update)

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
