Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (update)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been a long 5 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
