Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (update)

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a home health aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 19 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
