Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (update)

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a school bus driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
