Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, social media manager here

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
