Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, recruiter here

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as a recruiter, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
