Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, quality inspector here

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
