Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Pittsburgh)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
