Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, pharmacy technician here

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Thank you in advance. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
