Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Oklahoma City)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Thank you in advance. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
