Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Minneapolis)

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
