Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, marketing coordinator here

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a marketing coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?
