Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Madison)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Any experience at all would help. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
