Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Knoxville)

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as an event coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?
