Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Jacksonville)

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a security officer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
