Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Jacksonville)

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
