Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, home health aide here

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as a home health aide, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
