Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Fresno)

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a sales associate, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
