Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, forklift operator here

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a forklift operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. My state says to keep records for a year.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
