Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
