Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a call-centre agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
