Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a machine operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. My state says to keep records for a year.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
