Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - first time posting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
