Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - first time posting

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
