Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a barista, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
