Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - first time posting

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
