Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - first time posting

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a software tester, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a software tester before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
