Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, event coordinator here

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as an event coordinator before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
