Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Detroit)

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
