I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been a long 26 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
