Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Dallas)

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as an accountant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
