Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Buffalo)

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. It has been a long 4 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
