Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a security officer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
