Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a copywriter, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
