Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - any advice?

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
