Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - any advice?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. It has been a long 19 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
