Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a sales associate, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
