Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as a call-centre agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
