Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a call-centre agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
