Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - any advice?

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
