Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? (Albuquerque)

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as a hotel front-desk agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
