Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 9 years as a machine operator

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
