Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 9 years as a janitorial supervisor

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a janitorial supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
