Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 8 years as a project coordinator

I have been applying to about 8 jobs a week as a project coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 23 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?
