Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 7 years as a sales associate

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a sales associate, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
