Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 6 years as an HR coordinator

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
