Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 6 years as a medical assistant

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Thank you in advance. My state says to keep records for a year.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
